Tatalina, LLC Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 18, 2026

This Privacy Policy applies to the Tatalina, LLC website and to applications and services offered by Tatalina, LLC where this Privacy Policy is referenced or linked.

This Privacy Policy describes our general practices regarding information that may be collected or processed in connection with our website and our applications. The types of information we process depend on the particular application or service you use and the features you choose to use. Not every application collects or processes every category of information described in this Privacy Policy.

Scope of This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is a company-level policy that applies to:

  • Our primary company website (tatalinallc.com);
  • Applications and services offered by Tatalina, LLC where this Privacy Policy is referenced or linked; and
  • Related services operated by Tatalina, LLC.

Our applications do not all provide the same functionality. Depending on the application or service you use, different categories of information may be collected or processed. The examples in this Privacy Policy describe information that may be processed by particular applications — they are not a representation that every application collects or processes every listed category of information.

Where an individual application provides its own privacy disclosure, in-app notice, or supplemental privacy information, that app-specific information controls with respect to that application. If anything in this company-level policy appears to conflict with an app-specific disclosure, the app-specific disclosure applies to that particular application.

Categories of Information We May Process

The information we process depends on the particular application or service you use and the features you choose to use. We distinguish between information you voluntarily enter, account information, information automatically collected for technical or security purposes, and information received from third-party services.

Information You Voluntarily Enter

Certain applications allow you to create and store records. The records you can enter depend on the application. Depending on the application or service you use, user-entered information may include, for example:

  • Account and authentication information;
  • Financial or expense records entered by you;
  • Bills and payment-history records entered by you;
  • Travel, lodging, fuel, mileage, or vehicle-maintenance records;
  • College degree plans, courses, assignments, educational expenses, and related academic records;
  • Lottery purchase, cost, winnings, losses, and historical records manually entered by you; and
  • Other records entered by users into future utility applications offered by the Company.

These are examples of information that may be processed by particular applications. We do not collect a category of information through an application unless that application's functionality actually supports it. User-entered financial or expense records are records you type into an application; they are not banking or financial-account information, and we do not access your bank accounts or financial accounts unless an application's functionality expressly provides for that.

Account and Authentication Information

Where an application or our website offers user accounts, we may process account and authentication information, such as your name and email address, in order to create and maintain your account and sign-in session. Not all applications offer accounts.

Information Automatically Collected

Where applicable, we may automatically collect limited technical information for legitimate technical and security purposes, such as to operate the service, maintain security, and prevent abuse. This may include, for example, IP addresses, device type, operating system, browser type, and similar diagnostic data. The specific information automatically collected depends on the application or service. We do not access device capabilities such as contacts, location, camera, microphone, Bluetooth, health data, or other sensitive device information unless a particular application or the website actually uses those capabilities.

Information from Third-Party Services

Where you sign in using a third-party provider (for example, a sign-in provider), we may receive the information that the third-party provider shares with us, such as your name and email address, subject to the permissions you grant. The third-party provider's own privacy policy governs how it handles your information.

How We Use Information

We may use information for the following legitimate purposes, where applicable to the application or service you use:

  • Providing the application functionality you request;
  • Maintaining user accounts, where an application offers accounts;
  • Storing and retrieving the user-created records you enter into an application;
  • Providing customer support and responding to your requests;
  • Maintaining security and preventing abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access;
  • Operating, maintaining, and improving our services; and
  • Complying with applicable legal obligations.

Selling, Sharing, and Advertising

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your personal information for targeted advertising. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own advertising purposes.

Where we share information with service providers, those service providers process information only to help us operate our services, and they are required to handle it in accordance with applicable law and our instructions. Sharing information with a service provider for these purposes is not a sale of personal information.

Service Providers and Infrastructure

We use third-party service providers to help operate our website and certain applications. The specific providers used may vary between the website and individual applications. Providers we use include:

  • Base44. We use Base44 to provide authentication, database/storage, hosting, and backend services for our website and for applicable applications. Base44 processes information as a service provider on our behalf to operate these services.
  • App marketplaces. Applications are distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, and may be distributed through other marketplaces. The marketplace operator processes marketplace-related information (such as download and, where applicable, purchase information) under its own privacy policy.
  • Font and content delivery services. Our website loads fonts and other static content from third-party content delivery services.

We do not use advertising networks, analytics providers, AI providers, or external payment processors as part of our website unless and until we implement and disclose them. Not every application uses every service used by our website.

Payments and Marketplace Purchases

Our current applications, Allowance Lessons and Lottery Win Loss Record, are each offered as a one-time download charge through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Where a purchase is processed by the marketplace operator (such as Apple or Google), the marketplace operator processes the payment, and we do not receive or process your payment-card information for that transaction.

This Privacy Policy does not imply that all applications process payments internally. We do not use an external payment processor unless and until we implement and disclose one.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website uses only essential or functional technologies necessary to operate the site and, where applicable, to maintain your sign-in session. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on our website.

Where an application or service uses cookies or similar technologies, only those necessary for the service's operation are used. You can manage cookies through your browser or device settings; however, some features may not function if you disable essential cookies.

Data Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, to provide the functionality you request, to maintain security, and to comply with applicable legal obligations. Retention periods may vary by application and by the type of information.

Account information is generally retained for as long as your account is active and, if applicable, for a limited period after account closure to handle follow-up inquiries and resolve disputes. User-created records are generally retained for as long as your account is active, unless you delete them earlier.

We may retain certain information beyond these periods where required by law, to establish or defend legal claims, or for security and fraud-prevention purposes. When retention periods expire, we securely delete or anonymize the information. Residual copies may remain in encrypted backups for a limited period consistent with our backup schedule.

Security of Your Information

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect information we process. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Account Deletion and Your Choices

For applications that offer user accounts, you may request deletion of your account and associated personal data. Deletion procedures may vary by application. Not all applications offer accounts or identical account functionality.

Where an application provides in-app account deletion, you can request deletion from within that application's settings. You may also contact us using the contact information below to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data.

When you delete your account, we remove your account information and the user-created records associated with your account, subject to any information we are required to retain by law or for legitimate security purposes. For more detail about a specific application, please refer to that application's app-specific disclosure or contact us.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on the jurisdiction in which you live, you may have rights under applicable privacy laws, which may include the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and the right to object to or restrict certain processing. The availability of these rights depends on applicable law and on the application or service you use.

To exercise any available rights, or if you have questions about how your information is processed, please contact us using the contact information below. We do not make specific claims of compliance with any particular privacy law; we handle information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

International Users

Our applications and website may be available to users in multiple countries. If you access our services from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other locations where we or our service providers operate.

Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers of personal data, we take reasonable steps to ensure such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards. Your rights depend on the laws of your jurisdiction.

Children's Privacy

Our applications are intended for different audiences depending on the application. Some applications are intended only for adults, while others may be appropriate for children, teenagers, or broader audiences. For example, Allowance Lessons is appropriate for children, teenagers, and adults, while Lottery Win Loss Record is intended only for users 18 years of age or older. The appropriate minimum age and target audience for a particular application is specified in that application's app-specific disclosure and app marketplace listing.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in a manner inconsistent with applicable law. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to address it.

Links to Other Websites

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not operate. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third-party sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

App-Specific Privacy Disclosures

An individual application's app marketplace privacy disclosure, in-app notices, or supplemental privacy information may provide additional details specific to that application, including the specific information it collects, how that information is stored, and the appropriate age and audience for that application.

If an app-specific disclosure conflicts with a general example in this company-level policy, the app-specific disclosure applies to that particular application.

Our current applications and their confirmed characteristics include:

  • Allowance Lessons — a financial literacy application appropriate for children, teenagers, and adults; offered as a one-time download; contains no advertising.
  • Lottery Win Loss Record — a lottery record-keeping application intended only for users 18 years of age or older; offered as a one-time download; contains no advertising. It collects your email address and limited usage data, while the lottery records you enter remain on your device. See its app-specific Privacy Policy.

We may add additional applications in the future. The types of information we process depend on the specific application and the functionality selected by you. If a future application materially changes our privacy practices, we will review and update this Privacy Policy accordingly.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. We will provide notice of material changes where appropriate.

You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes become effective when posted on this page.
