Lottery Win Loss Record is provided by Tatalina, LLC. This page explains how you can request deletion of your account and the data associated with it, what is removed, and what may be retained.
How to Request Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your Lottery Win Loss Record account at any time, using either of the following methods:
- In-app: Open the app, go to Settings, and use the "Delete Account" option. This submits a verified removal request to our support team and sends a confirmation email to the address on file.
- By email: Send a request to customerservice@lotterywinlossrecord.com from the email address registered to your account. Please include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line.
Once your request is received and verified, your account will be scheduled for permanent deletion. You will no longer be able to sign in with this account after deletion is complete.
What Data Is Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following personal data is permanently removed:
- Your account credentials and sign-in information.
- The email address associated with your account.
- Your lottery entry records, daily records, running totals, and any win/loss history you entered into the app.
- Any preferences or settings tied to your account.
Data That May Be Retained
Certain records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including:
- Transaction and billing records: retained for up to 7 years where required for tax, accounting, or legal compliance.
- Deletion request records: a record of your deletion request and our confirmation may be retained for up to 3 years to document that the request was received and processed.
- Security and fraud-prevention records: minimal logs may be retained for up to 1 year to protect against fraud and abuse, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Retained records are kept only as long as necessary for the purposes described above and in accordance with our Privacy Policy, after which they are securely deleted or anonymized.
